About Wes

Hi, I’m Wes Corbin, a licensed Realtor since 2008 and a lifelong resident of Central Virginia. Where we own a small farm in beautiful Culpeper County, where I enjoy the peaceful countryside alongside my loyal Blue Heeler, Milo. My wife and I work together as a dedicated real estate team, helping clients turn their dreams into reality.

With a strong background in building and construction, I bring hands-on expertise to every transaction—especially when working as a buyer’s agent. I love guiding first-time homebuyers through the process and take pride in being a “matchmaker,” connecting people with homes that truly fit their lives.

Before entering real estate, I worked in building materials sales and built my first home at just 23 years old. That experience sparked a lifelong passion for construction and remodeling. Over the years, I’ve renovated several homes, gaining valuable insight and a deep appreciation for quality craftsmanship—though, believe me, it’s not always like what you see on reality TV!

When I’m not helping clients, I enjoy working on my vintage trucks and attending local car shows.
