Scott MacDonald is a highly respected Northern Virginia real estate professional, broker, entrepreneur, and founder of RE/MAX Gateway. With 38 years of experience, Scott has helped buyers, sellers, investors, and families successfully navigate the real estate market throughout Northern Virginia and Maryland.

Over his career, Scott has closed more than 1,200 real estate transactions and generated over $1.1 billion in career sales volume. His expertise includes residential real estate, buyer and seller representation, investment properties, strategic pricing, market analysis, financial analysis, and contract negotiation.

A Northern Virginia native, Scott brings extensive knowledge of the region’s communities, neighborhoods, home values, and market trends.
