About Joe

I have been a Realtor in Northern Virginia for over 25 years. Almost all of that has been with RE/MAX. While I've won countless awards and am always in the top tier of production, what I am most proud of is that over 85% of my business is from past clients and referrals.

I work with traditional buyers and sellers and enjoy assisting first time buyers.

I also work with investors. I am an investor myself and am very experienced using a self directed IRA for real estate investing.

Last, I know of no other agent in this market who has worked more probate cases than me. My experience in this unique market helps make the process of selling inherited property much easier for the personal representative of the estate. I have written a book "When Parents Are Gone..
