DENVER, CO – RE/MAX Commercial, a division of the Denver-based franchise company RE/MAX, LLC, recently earned a spot among the top, commercial real estate companies in National Real Estate Investor (NREI) magazine’s Top 25 Brokerages survey. The RE/MAX Commercial Global Network has been experiencing year-over-year growth and has expanded into 42 countries with approximately 3,000 commercial practitioners and over 400 offices and divisions combined. In 2010, RE/MAX agents closed $5.1 billion in investment sales and leasing transactions which put them in the ranks with other premier commercial brokerages. “This is another notable achievement for RE/MAX as we’ve established prominence in the commercial real estate industry in the last ten years,” said Mike Reagan, RE/MAX Senior Vice President, Business Alliances. “RE/MAX Commercial agents are among the most trained and professional in the business and they continue to make a name for themselves in this segment of the industry.” The ranking, based on a survey NREI conducted in February and March 2011, put RE/MAX ahead of other prominent commercial firms like Coldwell Banker Commercial, Sperry Van Ness and Lee & Associates. Much of RE/MAX Commercial Practitioners’ success can be attributed to their training, knowledge and experience. RE/MAX Commercial has the most Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designees in Canada and the second most designees and candidates in the industry overall. And, RE/MAX has a commanding population of CCIM designees in states like Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Indiana and Washington. Adding to its prominence within the industry, RE/MAX has had three CCIM Institute presidents in recent years.
